BC is back over 400 active wildfires province-wide, though most of the more active blazes have shifted further south.
There are still over 70 active blazes in the Northwest, and 140 in the Prince George Fire Centre, but all evacuation orders have been lifted.
A local state of emergency and all related orders and alerts in the unincorporated Stikine region has now been rescinded by the Province.
Evacuation alerts remain in place for small sections south and east of Houston, and some spots northwest of Fraser Lake.
Alerts also remain in effect west of the Omineca Provincial Park and around Great Beaver Lake.
A large alert area in the Southeast Nechako has been reduced to two smaller alerts southeast of Cheslatta, and one north of Finger Lake.
After a brief reprieve last week, fire danger ratings across most of the North are back to moderate, with high patches around some areas, including Terrace.
