Police are seeking witnesses and possible suspects after two fires broke out within minutes of each other in Prince George on Monday.
According to RCMP the first fire, at a residence on the 2100 block of Quince Street, at around 4:00 in the morning.
When they arrived on scene, they found the home fully engulfed in flames, and blocked off the area as fire crews extinguished the blaze.
Minutes later, a second fire broke out at a business on the 1100 block of 3 Avenue.
While the cause of the first fire is still unknown, police suspect arson to be the cause of the second.
Nearby surveillance footage showed a full-sized pick up truck, and possible suspect carrying a jerry can in the area of the 3 Avenue fire around the time the fire broke out.
