If you’re a fan of delicious food, and supporting the community, and happen to be in Prince Rupert the next couple of days, you’re in luck.
Two days of delicious meals are being served up to close out the week at the Gitmaxmak’ay Elders Fundraiser.
Hungry individuals can head down to the Nisga’a Hall in Prince Rupert between 4:30 and 6:00 tomorrow and Friday to fill that stomach.
Tomorrow, diners can enjoy a meal of baked salmon, rice, and coleslaw, and on Friday they can dine on Cod Bites, and potato and tossed salad.
Meals will cost just $12 each day, with seaweed and rice, and salted fish hash bowls also available both days for $5.
Proceeds will support the Gitmaxmak’ay Nisga’a Elders fundraising efforts.
Keeping with provincial health orders, diners will be required to present their vaccine card tomorrow, but not Friday.
