A Covid exposure notice has been issued for attendees of Hoobiyee celebrations hosted in Gitwinksihlkw last week.
Last Friday and Saturday, residents gathered for the first full in-person Hoobiyee celebration in the Nass Valley since the start of the pandemic.
Today, the Nisga’a Valley Health Authority issued an exposure notice to attendees of the event, where all active provincial health orders were followed.
Those who have been exposed but are not experiencing symptoms are no longer required to self-isolate.
Covid rapid anti-gen test kits are now available at participating community pharmacies for BC residents aged 40 and older.
