British Columbia is reporting 274 new cases of Covid-19, as of last night.
Of the new cases, 29 come from Northern Health, while 84 are from the Interior.
There are 405 active Covid hospitalizations province-wide, with 58 in ICU.
14 new deaths were reported, with none in either the North or the Interior.
There are currently 15 active outbreaks at health care facilities in BC, with the furthest north being at the Williams Lake Seniors Village.
Earlier today, Indigenous Services Canada released a new report on how Covid is impacting Indigenous communities.
As of today, there have been 89,054 confirmed Covid cases in First Nations communities, with 2,690 active cases.
There have also been a total of 3,016 hospitalizations since the pandemic started, and 677 deaths reported.
Across the country, First Nations communities have seen a 11 percent decrease in cases compared to 10 percent last week.
More than 88 percent of people 12 and older living in First Nations, Inuit, and territorial communities have received at least two vaccinations.
