A concerted three day effort to stop shoplifters at a Prince George store saw 21 people arrested.
RCMP partnered with Superstore in a continuation of their Boost and Bust series with local shops.
More than 8 thousand dollars of merchandise was recovered across the three days.
All of the shoplifters apprehended were already known to police, and accumulated a total of 18 charges of theft under 5 thousand.
In addition, 4 charges of breching conditions, 2 of obstructing a police officer, and one of resisting arrest were laid.
Two of the offenders were held on more serious charges, 31 year-old Walter Wilson from New Hazelton, and 25 year-old Prince George resident Skylar Jakesta.
Wilson is facing charges of resisting arrest and two charges of possession of a scheduled substance.
Jakesta is facing one of theft under 5 thousand, as well charges of failing to comply with both and undertaking, and probation orders.
