Weather warnings and alerts are littered across the North today, as the winter conditions continue their barrage on BC.
Terrace and Kitimat are both facing Arctic Outflow warnings, with temperatures dropping as low as -20, with strong winds.
The entire northwest, west of Burn Lake, is under a winter storm watch, with potential snowfall amounts as high as 30 cm.
Heavy snowfall warnings are also in place in Quesnel and Williams Lake, where they are expecting up to 20 cm.
Dease Lake and the Peace North regions are seeing extreme cold warnings, with temperatures dropping in to the -40s overnight.
Drivers are being warned of slippery questions across Highway 16, from Prince George to Prince Rupert, as well as most major roadways.
Highway 37 is facing a mix of slippery conditions, compact snow, and between Kitimat and Terrace, as well as on Highway 37a, north of Terrace.
