The largest wildfire in the Cariboo continues to be the Nazko Lake fire west of Williams Lake at 46 hectares.
The BC Wildfire Service says there are 51 firefighters on scene.
Officials say the Grain Creek wildfire east of Likely has grown to over 19 hectares due to steep terrain and fuel.
There are 44 firefighters, three tree fallers, and a helicopter on site.
Of the 12 wildfires burning in the Cariboo Fire Centre’s area, five are out of control, five are under control, and two are being held.
