Northern Health is holding an engagement session with Métis residents in an effort to better understand their perspective and experiences.
It’s part of the health authority’s on-goin effort to adapt their systems to be more responsive to the needs of Indigenous patients.
Métis members are being invited to attend the two hour online engagement session to share their health care stories.
That session will be held on May 1st, starting at 4:00 in the afternoon, with an undisclosed honorarium being provided to attendees.
