March 29th Covid-19 Update

British Columbia is reporting 556 new cases of Covid-19 over the three days between Saturday and Monday.

That works out to an average of around 185 cases per day.

Of the new cases, 42 come from Northern Health, while 144 are from the Interior.

There are 288 active Covid hospitalizations in BC, with 48 in ICU.

Six new deaths were reported, with none in either the North or the Interior.

There are currently 6 outbreaks at health care facilities province-wide, though none are in the North or the Interior.
