A new tool looks to highlight the areas in which the Federal government must focus to improve relations with Indigenous groups.
Launched today by the Assembly of First Nations, the new platform outlines five areas for Federal parties to prioritize.
These priorities include: Truth, Reconciliation and Healing, Climate and Conservation Leadership, Economic Growth and Prosperity, Respecting First Nations`Jurisdiction, and Rebuilding and Strengthening First Nations.
Titled “The Healing Path Forward: 2021 Federal Priorities for Strengthening and Rebuilding First Nations“ was launched by National Chief RoseAnne Archibald in Ottawa.
