Australian Singer Adam James has switched up his sound with his latest album, Russian Blue…swapping out his signature country style with an R&B and Blues feel.
Adam is from the Quandamooka Nation in the Queensland area in Australia, but has seen success with his music around the world, including right here in Canada, where in 2012 he won Best International Artist at the Aboriginal Peoples Country Music Awards.
After multiple attempts to figure out time change and zoom recordings, Adam and I finally got the chance to talk about his life, Russian Blue and his new single “Love We Lost”…a song you’ll get to hear at the end of this podcast.
