Prince George RCMP are continuing to investigate a hit and run that occurred in early September.
Just before 10:30 p.m. on Monday September 7, 2020, emergency services including the Prince George RCMP received a report of a hit & run collision involving a pedestrian. The incident occurred along Highway 97 near the intersection of Boundary Road in the City of Prince George.
Emergency crews went to the scene and helped an adult male suffering from severe injuries before he was transported to the hospital. In an update provided RCMP released a description of the vehicle believed to be involved in this incident. The vehicle is described as a, Dark coloured Ford Super Duty pick-up truck, between the years of 2008-2016 and Would have had damage to the front right (passenger) side of the truck and the passenger side mirror. It was also pulling a Single axel boat trailer that was carrying an older 16-20 foot long white boat.
