The Fort St. John RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
On Aug. 17, RCMP were notified that Michelle Gleeson was considered missing after her mother had last spoken to her on the phone July 19. Gleeson was last seen in the Vancouver area in June. She has not been seen or heard from since which is out of the ordinary for her as she keeps contact with her family on a semi-regular basis.
Gleeson told her family that she was living and working in the Fort St. John area but has no known ties to the community. Most of her ties are to the New Westminister and Vancouver areas. RCMP have been able to determine that her phone was last online in the Vancouver area on Aug. 2.
Gleeson is described as, Caucasian female, 5’11”, brown hair and brown eyes. The Fort St. John RCMP are very concerned for her and would like to speak with her in person to confirm her well-being. If you have any information regarding Gleeson’s whereabouts you’re asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
