North Coast residents interested in finding out more about safe boating will have a chance this Sunday.
Prince Rupert RCMP and the Port Edward Harbour Authority are hosting a Safe Boating Day at Rushbrook Harbour.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. RCMP will be performing free vessel safety inspections and safety equipment demonstrations.
Police say other partners will be available to demonstrate on-water capabilities.
