Representatives of the Nisga’a Nation are meeting with those of the provincial government today to celebrate the 19th anniversary of their Treaty.
Nisga’a Nation President Eva Clayton will be joined by members of the Nisga’a Nation Council to meet with Indigenous Relations Minister Scott Fraser, and Advanced Education Minister Melanie Mark.
A flag celebration to honour the historic event will take place at the Parliament Buildings in Victoria at 12:45 today.
