Lancelot Knight – Musician – Journeys with Kelly Kenny

Welcome to another episode of journeys with your host Kelly Kenny. I am very excited to air this episode as you will hear an amazing musician, playwright, educator and father his name is Lancelot Knight. I met Lance in Haida Gwaii a few weeks back and we both were just in love with Haida Gwaii and its beauty and bounty. Lancelot Knight is a Plains Cree from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He started playing guitar at 18 with the gift of a guitar from his father, Chester Knight; Lancelot had travelled with his fathers band “Chester Knight and the Wind” and Lance had also toured with Joey Stylez in Germany and New Zealand and across North America. I have to say that Lance is a very humble man and once you hear his music you will understand when I say that his voice is so soulful and just soothes the soul. I cannot wait for everyone to hear his music and to see where Lance’s voice will take him!
