Recently, Northern Health released an article detailing all of the feedback they have received on what Northern residents believe should be a part of the new Mills Memorial Hospital.
Some of the major pieces of feedback they got include a request for enough staff, as much space and beds as possible, more amenities both in the hospital and out of the hospital, Northwest BC design features and for the hospital to be welcoming and inclusive.
The article also gives a response to all of the major and minor requests as well as to the questions that residents asked.
For example, Northern Health says that hospital parking will still be free and that this hospital will be double the size of the old one.
