Northern Health is launching a new program in Terrace for youth ages 12-18 who are looking to address substance use concerns. The Terrace Youth Substance Use Day Program will run four days a week (4-6 p.m.) for six weeks. It aims to promote wellness by offering education, recreational activities, and opportunities for connection.
The program will cover important topics such as stress management, healthy coping strategies, harm reduction, building healthy relationships, communication skills, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and developing a healthy lifestyle.
