Tamitik Jubilee Sports Complex holding ammonia leak drill Wednesday

An ammonia leak drill is being conducted at the Tamitik Jubilee Sports Complex by the building’s staff and the Kitimat Fire Department.

This drill will take place within a couple of days on November 9th between 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

The District of Kitimat is asking everyone who happens to be at the facility at that time to follow directions as if they were in an actual emergency.

They also went onto thank all the residents in the district for their patience.
