Members of the Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce will meet tomorrow afternoon for their Annual General Meeting.
Three resolutions are on the agenda for the meeting, which kicks off at noon tomorrow.
One resolution will codify the two year term limit for Directors, and the appointment process to fill vacancies on the Board.
A second will see the removal of a clause which had dissallowed electronic or virtual attendance at Board meetings, and the third will allow the use of proxy voting.
Chamber members can either join the meeting in person at the Crest Hotel, or virtually, with a registration page at this link.
