Back on Friday, the West Fraser Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call about a house fire on Marsh Road at 8:45 in the morning.
The fire was able to be extinguished thanks to the six West Fraser firefighters on the scene also getting help from members of the Quesnel Volunteer Fire Department.
However, the house in question appears to be completely lost, as not much of the house was able to be saved.
While it is unknown was exactly caused the fire, the person who owned the home, who got out with no injuries, believes that it may have started in the attic.
