An online public survey has been launched by the province as they seek to identify gaps in BC’s consumer protection laws.
Through the survey, the province hopes to hear of residents’ experiences with purchasing products and services, contract issues, new and used vehicle sales, and credit-related products and services.
Information received in the survey will advise the modernization of consumer protection laws for the digital economy, protections for vulnerable consumers, effective law enforcement, and how to support economic growth.
Feedback will be accepted until June 13th, and you can follow this link to the survey.
