Nominations are now being accepted for this year’s Small Business BC Awards, and this time businesses will have double the chance to win.
Each year, the award seeks to celebrate small businesses which make a difference in their communities, and entrepreneurs who embrace and overcome challenges.
Nominations are being accepted until February 28th, and this year residents can nominate businesses and entrepreneurs for two separate awards.
Those include the Coast Capital Savings Sponsored Business Impact Award, and the Premier’s People’s Choice Award, sponsored by the province.
For the Business Impact Award, first place winners will take home 8,000 dollars, while second gets 4,000, and third 1,500.
Another 1,500 dollars will be awarded to the winner of the Premier’s People’s Choice Award.
