An historic building in Prince George was lit ablaze this weekend, causing an estimated 2 million dollars in damages.
Prince George Fire and Rescue responded to reports of the fire at 611 Brunswick Street early Sunday morning.
After hours fighting the fire, crews were able to extinguish the blaze, but not before the building was entirely destroyed.
The 70 year-old real estate office building has served as a bar, restaurant, and brewery over the years.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire, and the building was reportedly empty at the time of the blaze.
