Residents of the Northeast now have a new way to regularly travel to one of the country`s biggest hubs.
Yesterday, WestJet officially launched their newest route, connecting Dawson Creek and Calgary.
The new WestJet Link flight will run four times weekly, on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Offering 34 seats per flight, the plan will leave Calgary at 3:30 each day, and land in the Peace Region around an hour later, accounting for timezones.
Flights will then leave Dawson Creek at 5:15, and land in Calgary at around 8:15 local time.
With the launch of the new route, WestJet becomes the only carrier to offer non-stop service between the Peace Region and Calgary.
