Alberta’s Premier Jason Kenney has sent out an announcement stating that the province of Alberta is going to be giving out $100 gift cards for anyone who gets both of their COVID Vaccines.
These cards are being presented as incentive for the residents that either haven’t gotten single shot yet or if they have only received one dose of the vaccine.
Alberta at the moment is dealing with a surge in COVID cases which is mainly due to the highly contagious Delta Variant and the province’s daily caseloads have been recently topping 1,000, which also happens to be threatening the viability of Alberta’s health system.
