B-C’s health minister acknowledges there may be difficulties in enforcing B-C’s COVID-19 vaccine card system after concerns were raised by a police union.
But Adrian Dix says the rules — which take effect September 13th — will be enforced by public health agencies and police called in when disturbances take place.
