Canadians will officially be flocking to the polls on September 20th, after a Federal Election was announced this weekend.
Following a week of speculation, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau finally made his plans official this weekend.
This means that voters will have just 36 days to make up their minds on a candidate, the shortest time allowable in the Elections Act.
The major contenders to become Canada’s next Prime Minister include incumbent Liberal Leader Trudeau, Conservative rep Erin O’Toole, and NDP frontman Jagmeet Singh.
