The first phase of an initiative aimed at bringing better Internet and phone service to the Cariboo region will end on January 22nd.
The first phase will come to an end when the public survey on broadband cover ends. To date there have been over two thousand responses to the survey.
Participation in the survey has highlighted particular areas of concern, delivered important data regarding how and when people use Internet services. As well as providing evidence of both the need and demand for improved access across the region.
Businesses are also encouraged to test the speed and quality of their Internet. If you wish to participate you can take the survey at the Regional District’s website.
