Dr. Bonnie Henry gave an address today stating that there are 48 new test positive cases in B.C. bringing our provincial total to 472. There is one additional case in Northern Health.
There are also 3 additional deaths reported, one at the Haro Park care home, one at Lynn Valley Care Centre and a community dwelling resident in the Fraser Health Region. Additionally, after extensive testing for symptoms as well as the virus, 100 people have now been considered recovered and are able to leave self isolation.
Henry also stresses the need to practice social distancing at this time. When you go out, if you are going to go out, maintain your distance from others.
