Masset voters were at the polls yesterday.
Three candidates were in the running for Chief Councillor. Donald Edgers won with 220 votes.
There were 11 candidates running for council. The winners were Lisa Bell, Cecil Brown, Christine Carty and Freda Davis.
The elections officers declared 680 ballots were counted, 11 were spoiled and four cancelled.
The winning candidates will be sworn in tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at St. John’s Anglican Church and everyone is welcome to attend
