An 18-year-old Vanderhoof woman has been charged after a stabbing in Prince George earlier this week.
RCMP were called to a home in the 1400 block of 3rd Avenue Wednesday around 4:00 p.m. and found a man suffering from stab wounds.
Police arrested a female suspect in the downtown core about an hour and a half later after a brief foot chase.
Madison Rose Patrick is charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and resisting arrest.
The man was treated in hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
RCMP say the attacker and victim know each other and the stabbing is the result of a disagreement.
Patrick is expected to appear in court September 11th, 2019.
