RCMP in northern B.C. are still trying to solve the disappearance of a Fraser Lake man two years ago.
Investigators say 42-year-old Jerry Krietz left Fraser Lake Friday July 7, 2017 and headed down Highway 16 for a planned shopping trip to Prince George
Krietz was seen on video leaving the Downtown Motel in Prince George the next day.
Nearly a month later on August 3, his car, a white 2001 Chevrolet was found in a rural area off the Gregg Creek Forest Service Road.
Despite an extensive ground and air search, no sign of Jerry Krietz was found in the area and he remains missing.
At the time he disappeared, Krietz was 42-years-old. He is described as Caucasian, 5’10”, 185 lbs, with brown eyes and shaved brown hair.
