Kitimat RCMP are asking for help finding a missing youth.
Police say 13 year-old Aaliyah Tait-Ross was last seen in the community Wednesday, January 9 at about 9:30 with her friend Joni Dean.
Investigators say Dean is also a person of interest in the case.
Aaliyah is described as an Indigenous female, standing five feet tall and weighing 100 pounds with a slim build and blonde hair with pink streaks.
RCMP say there is a concern for her well being, but say she may be actively evading police.
