Concerns over possible Listeria contamination has the Canadian Food Inspection Agency recalling a popular salad product in BC.
All Eat Smart Salad Shake Ups with a best before date of December 29th or earlier are being recalled after two varieties tested positive for the contaminant.
Apio Inc, who produces the product, recalled the rest of the styles voluntarily.
If you purchased a Salad Shake Up with a best before date of December 29th or earlier, you are to dispose of it immediately or bring it back to the location of purchase.
There have been no reports of illness linked to the recalled product as of yet.
