From January 19–25, residents are invited to take part in the second annual Northern Savings Credit Union Unplug & Play, a week-long celebration of movement, connection, and well-being.

With more than 40 FREE activities offered throughout the week, Unplug & Play is designed for people of all ages and abilities. Activities range from skating, yoga, water polo, and swordplay to bingo, art meet-ups, and many other opportunities to try something new or revisit a favourite activity.

This initiative encourages the community to step away from screens, get active, and connect with others while supporting physical literacy, mental health, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re looking to be active, creative, or social, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
