Celebrate Halloween While Learning Sm’algyax!

Looking for a unique and meaningful way to celebrate Halloween this year? Come take part in a free Halloween-themed Sm’algyax language workshop on Monday, October 27 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gitga’at Gathering Spirit, located at 634 3rd Ave W in Prince Rupert.

This event welcomes everyone, whether you're just beginning your Sm’algyax language journey or have been speaking for years. The workshop is designed to be engaging and accessible for all ages and skill levels. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

The evening will feature fun and interactive language activities with a Halloween twist, offering a creative and culturally rich way to support the revitalization of Sm’algyax in the community.
