In the Kitimat RCMP’s weekly report, it was revealed that they got a report of a sextortion case that came in on Monday,
The person giving the report/complaint reportedly met a female on Instagram, who then requested a nude video of the person.
After a video was sent to the woman, she then threatened to send the video to his Instagram followers if he refused to send money to her.
This female suspect is believed to be located outside of Canada and this case remains under investigation.
