Those looking to attend the BC Assembly of First Nations’ Annual General Meeting either online or in-person, can still register to do so.
Meetings will take place from September 21st to the 23rd, and will cover a variety of issues of importance to First Nations across BC.
While the meetings will take place in Vancouver, First Nations members can also register to attend the meetings virtually via Zoom.
Interested individuals can register as Chiefs, proxies, knowledge keepers, and both participatory or silent observers.
In addition to the meetings, the AGM will also feature a trade show in the Musqueam Community Centre in Vancouver.
Indigenous artisans and entrepreneurs can provide $50 of product in lieu of a $200 registration fee charged to companies.
You can register for the AGM at this link, and for the Trade Show using this one.
