A wide spread network outage from early this morning is continuing to impact Rogers customers across the country.
Both wireless and hardlined networks are affected by the outage, causing it to impact debit and credit payment services, emergency service, and travel networks as well.
There is currently no estimates for when service will be restored, and even the CRTC, who oversee Canada’s telecommunications networks, is experiencing issues.
Due to the Interac outage, many services and companies, such as BC Ferries, retailers, and gas stations, are unable to process debit or credit transactions at this time.
