With heavy precipitation expected the next few days, the River Forecast Centre is maintaining a number of flood-related advisories.
A Heavy Streamflow Advisory is in place covering the Skeena and Bulkley Rivers and their tributaries near Terrace, Smithers, Telkwa, Kispiox, and Hazelton.
Predicted River flows in both remain low, but could spike up to 5 year flood-levels, depending on rainfall.
A Flood Watch has also been maintained for the Nechako River, as well as a Flood Warning covering the Quesnel River.
A High Streamflow Advisory is in place covering the Fraser River from Prince George all the way to the Ocean.
With consistent warmer weather on the horizon, and snowpacks which remain above average, flood risks could grow as the month rolls on.
