After a lengthy chase, RCMP were able to arrest one suspect of an armed robbery in Prince George last week, but are still looking for another.
At around 2:30 in the morning on April 30th, police received reports of the robbery near Ospika Boulevard and 15 Avenue.
That incident saw two suspects, one male and one female, rob a victim at gunpoint, before fleeing down Ospika Boulevard.
Police were able to quickly locate the male suspect leaving the area on a bike, before he ditched the bike and hopped a fence to flee.
After a foot pursuit, officers were able to apprehend Smitty Ralph Bent, who was in possession of a loaded firearm at the time.
Bent, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, was held in custody to appear in court on 7 charges relating to the armed robbery.
However, police are still on the lookout for the female suspect.
Anyone with any information that may help locate her should contact Prince George RCMP at 250 561 3300.
