Parents of students in Coast Mountains School District 82 are being advised of delays to bus trips.
Freezing rain has been wreaking havoc on roads throughout the Northwest today, leading to travel advisories, public transit cancellations, road closures, and more.
All routes in Terrace and Kitimat will see delays on all afternoon trips this afternoon, due to the conditions.
A driver shortage is also forcing the cancellation of the #15 Terrace run between Copper Mountain and Lower Thornhill this afternoon.
Drivers are continuing to pick up students and make accommodations when possible, despite the conditions.
