Both the Canadian Pacific Railway and Canadian National are hoping to get their operations moving again through the flooded parts of Southern BC.
C-N sent out a statement saying that limited service between Vancouver and Kamloops should start by tomorrow as long as there are no unforeseen complications.
C-P put out their own statement yesterday saying they would begin clearing out backlogs sometime today.
Both companies and their railways have had to deal with the effects of slides and floods that cut off access between the south coast and the Interior after a serious rainstorm last week.
