Another vote is in the books, yet the future of the Quesnel and District Arts and Recreation Centre remains foggy.
A failed referendum from June pegged the cost of upgrading and repairing the facility at around 20 million dollars.

At their regular meeting this month, the North Cariboo Joint Advisory Committee was presented with three paths to move forward.
The first would be to undergo smaller renovations periodically, which would have a lower impact on taxes.

The Committee quickly ruled out the third option, and staff was ultimately instructed to look further in to the first option.
