Remembering all the Veterans who served in Wars, and our First Nations Veterans who often were forgotten. Today I honour all of them and especially honour my Dad, Bill Mcphee a Tahltan/Tlinget Man who fought in the Vietnam War. He left our community as a young man to go to Wyoming with his friend and was drafted in the US army. He spent a year training and then went to San Francisco where he boarded a ship to Vietnam with his fleet. They were on that ship for a month and then went to fight in the war. Here is a pictures that he sent while training to his late brother Johnny . Love you Dad ![]()
