Some heavy rain is expected to hit coastal and inland sections along the Central Coast today.
Currently a rainfall warning is in effect that could see rainfall amounts of 80 mm to 100 mm are forecast for the inland sections by Friday morning.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on the roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is also possible Further alerts and forecasts will be issued by Environment Canada.
