Today Canada’s Minister of Transport, Marc Garneau announced $2 million in funding for eligible applicants for boating safety projects, beginning in 2021.
Transport Canada’s Boating Safety Program helps promote safe boating practices. As part of this program, Transport Canada’s Small Vessel Safety Component is now accepting applications for funding of 75 per cent of the total cost of the project.
