RCMP are investigating a suspicious death in Vanderhoof.
Police went to a local home around 2 p.m. Monday, March 9 to check on someone’s well-being.
Officers found a woman dead at the residence and brought in the North District Major Crime Unit to investigate.
Police haven’t released any information about arrests or suspects, but say they “believe that all people involved are known to each other.”
